Accommodations
Mature oaks, flowering trees, and lush plantings surround 36 stylishly furnished lodgings, offering both privacy and natural beauty.
Hill House is a large one-bedroom retreat with two furnished terraces, a fireplace, and a soaking tub.

The cottage-style Treeline Suites have fireplaces and private decks. Cozy Oakview Rooms feature open floor plans with private balconies, picture windows, vaulted ceilings, and fireplaces.

The secluded Treetop Rooms offer a sitting area facing the hearth, and the Cottage Room’s cozy arrangement opens to a private porch. In-room mini-bars are stocked with curated snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.

Dining
Seasonal, local, and fresh describe the menus at Meadowood’s restaurants. At Forum, guests enjoy breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner both inside and al fresco, along with cocktails, craft beer, and wines.

There’s a daily tasting menu with a vegetarian option based on ingredients from the Meadowood garden. Menu items also include dishes like Roasted Petaluma Chicken, San Rafael Dry-aged Ribeye, Liberty Farms Duck, Truffle Chicken, and an appetizer of local cheese and artisanal charcuterie.

The Terrace Café, for club members and guests, offers outdoor dining with light fare, shareables, cocktails, and wines by the glass. A selection of agave cocktails, tropical libations, frozen drinks, and zero-proof beverages adds to the casual atmosphere.

Spa
The spacious Meadowood Spa features private suites, gardens, an outdoor plunge pool, a dry cedar sauna, a steam room, and an outdoor rain shower.

A Tree House Retreat with a fireplace and hand-hammered copper tub is designed for custom baths like the Tree House Milk Bath, Mustard Bath, and Oligomer Pure Sea Salt Bath. Spa appointments are available to guests, members, and the public by advanced appointment only.

The Massage Menu includes specialty treatments that incorporate hot stones, therapeutic CBD oil, heated herbal mitts, and Theragun, a percussion massage device. Body scrubs, wraps, and exfoliation treatments are offered, along with a variety of facials. Sound therapy, the ancient Japanese healing art Reiki, and custom mindfulness sessions are part of the Wellness Program.

Spa guests can also arrange treatment packages focused on customized combinations of treatments. The “Wine & Roses” package includes an aromatherapy steam, body exfoliation, Chardonnay body butter wrap, a one-hour couples massage, 90 minutes in the Tree House Retreat, a Rose and Milk bath, and a culinary experience with sparkling wine.

Pools, Fitness Center, and Tennis
Meadowood features three pools, each with an adjacent spa and landscaped area for relaxation. For aquatic classes and lap swimming, there’s the Fitness Pool.
The Family Activities Pool is for play and supervised swimming for those visiting with children.
The adults-only Cabana Pool features four private, furnished cabanas and poolside lounges.

The Fitness Center includes the latest weight training and cardio equipment, Peloton bikes, Stairmaster, and more. Daily fitness classes, yoga, Pilates, and aqua aerobics are offered, and the Center includes men’s and women’s locker rooms, showers, sinks, saunas, and steam rooms. Bicycles for use on and off the estate are available for guests.

Wooded hillsides surround five outdoor tennis courts, and Meadowood’s tennis pros, husband-and-wife team Stephanie and Dean Wallace are available for private instruction and clinics for players of all ages and levels.

The dynamic pair, who met while playing tennis at UC Berkeley, have led decorated collegiate and professional careers in tennis and most recently earned a husband-wife grand slam in 2022 with national championship titles on both hard and clay courts.
Meadowood Wine Center
Open to Meadowood guests, Meadowood Club Members, and The Napa Valley Reserve Members, The Wine Center offers educational experiences on a range of wine-related topics.
In a traditional classroom setting, guests can explore the essentials of wine tasting and take classes that include “Understanding Napa Valley,” “Nuances in Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon,” and “What is a Grand Cru?” “Wine and War” is a fascinating look at wine in the context of international history, and “Behind the Vine” delves into the details of vineyard farming.

Guided winery tours can be customized to guests’ interests and often provide insider access to exclusive properties along with expert commentary. Cooking classes, pairing discussions, and blind tastings may also be arranged. Meadowood’s wine experts are also available for individual conversations with guests interested in a personalized learning experience.

Meadowood’s Director of Education, Kelli A. White, brings a decade of experience as a sommelier in New York City and Napa Valley. A celebrated wine writer, Kelli has received numerous awards, and her acclaimed book, Napa Valley, Then & Now, was published in 2015.

Sarah Bray, Associate Director of Wine Education, is a consultant, educator, and wine writer. She holds the highest level of recognition from the renowned Wines & Spirits Education Trust, a Level 4 Diploma.
