The Fairmont Sonoma offers a wide range of rooms, 226. Choose from their beautifully appointed Deluxe rooms to their Signature Suites, including the Mission Spa Suite with a spacious ensuite featuring a two-person Jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower.

Santé restaurant excels at delicious cuisine described as California fusion with a Sonoma passion. Book a reservation for a dining experience where the culinary team, led by Executive Chef Jared Reeves, strives to use locally sourced and sustainable ingredients whenever possible. 

Santé’s approachable menu combines flavors, techniques, and recipes from several cultures.

Five popular dishes include:

  • Luis Breakfast Taco with Chorizo, Scrambled Eggs, Avocado, Black Beans and House Made Hot Sauce
  • Vadouvan Spiced Carrots & Radishes with Ginger Emulsion and Pickled Mustard Seeds
  • Dungeness Crab Bolognese with San Marzano Tomato and Fresh Tagliatelle.
  • Water Tower Bar: Nashville Fried Chicken Sandwich on Brioche with Coleslaw and Pickles.
  • CaliForno: Roast Squash & Green Chile Quesadilla with Cotija Cheese, Tomatillo Salsa, Lime Crema.

Local cheese makers provide the perfect accompaniment to Sonoma’s greatest produce, its stunning wines. Sonoma is a chef’s dream locale, and I’m proud to call this area my home.”

38° North Wine Bar

To enjoy a nice glass of wine or cocktail, check out the 38° North Wine Bar. Situated next to the hotel lobby, it’s a great place to enjoy a beverage, unwind and people watch. The theme is 38th parallel wines, so enjoy prime selections from Spain, Italy, New Zealand and Sonoma.

The Spa

The resort is located atop a mineral hot spring, Fairmont Spa inspires an array of holistic and rejuvenating spa experiences designed to restore health and wellbeing.

“Sonoma’s iconic Boyes Hot Springs has been drawing wellness-seekers since the early 1900s and Fairmont Spa is the heartbeat of The Inn,” said Roe.
