The cuisine draws inspiration from local produce and cultural influences from their diverse culinary team. With two full decades of culinary expertise in the sunshine state, Harvest Inn Executive Chef Jeff Libunao blends California-style cuisine and his own Filipino heritage to create truly original dishes.

“I had an unforgettable childhood full of flavor. My grandparents taught me beloved Filipino recipes ––from adobo to sinigang sour soup, they gave me a taste for success! When my efforts paid off in helping with meals, my grandparents treated me to special desserts like pan de sal as a reward.

Those early memories were more than just delicious food: it’s what drives me still today–a deep connection back home that will never be forgotten,” said Chef Libunao.

At Harvest Table, enjoy a cozy alfresco terrace option or airy open spaces indoors as you dig into locally sourced dishes prepared with an honest yet refined touch.

I had wonderful time at this delightful St. Helena spot! The Harvest Table atmosphere, complete with the toasty oversized stone fireplace beside me, was simply perfect – and their friendly, professional service matched all that warmth. I indulged in a long dinner with ten delicious courses that paired well with their wine offerings.

Here are some culinary highlights and the inspiration behind them:

“The pork belly dish is favorite of mine and says a lot about my Filipino heritage, but what makes it even better is, this is a dish that my Sous Chef Jack and I put together and it equally brings flavors and methods from both our Korean and Filipino culture to a point that it seems like one seamless dish.”

“Vegetarian dishes, let alone Vegan ones have always been something that I wanted to widen my knowledge in and every menu change I see to it that I have a well thought off Vegan/Vegetarian dish that even a person who loves steaks would actually love the dish.”

“This chicken dish is an homage for my love of Peruvian Cuisine, which is one of my favorites. Just a simple roasted chicken dish utilizing an amazing local protein with all that exciting flavor that comes from it – simple food done and cooked right.”

Chef says his menu is inspiration driven and focuses on what’s available during the coming season. “It’s a lot about self-expression. I infuse personal favorites, fond memories with food, playful riffs, and my culture into many dishes we serve,” said Chef Libunao.
