Gott’s Roadside Introduces New Margarita & Paloma-Inspired Spritzes
Northern California’s beloved Gott’s Roadside is expanding its beverage offerings.
Gott’s Roadside launches two NEW Agave Spritzes, refreshing wine-based drinks inspired by classic tequila cocktails. Light, citrusy, and perfect for warmer weather, the Margarita Spritz (3.2% ABV) and Paloma Spritz (5.6% ABV) blend agave wine, grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave nectar, and seltzer for a crisp, easy-drinking experience.
“We drew our inspiration from the popular flavor profile of tequila-based cocktails. Made with agave wine, Gott’s versions are light and refreshing with low alcohol content. Our Margarita and Paloma spritzes pair well with most of our menu items and provide a nice alternative to beer or wine,” says Clay Walker, President of Gott’s Roadside.

The new Agave Spritzes debuted this month alongside the return of Gott’s Crispy Chicken Torta, a fan-favorite special featuring crispy fried chicken breast, green cabbage and cilantro slaw, pickled red onions, house-made chipotle mayo, cilantro-lime crema, and black bean spread on a butter-toasted telera roll. To round out the spring offerings, guests can also indulge in the Strawberries & Cream Shake, a rich, hand-spun organic vanilla shake with sweetened condensed milk, whipped cream, and strawberry purée.
The Agave Spritzes will become a permanent menu addition, while the Crispy Chicken Torta and Strawberries & Cream Shake will be available for a limited time through May 14, 2025.
