Cocktails
Their cocktail program is a unique collaboration between the kitchen and farm.
Sip creative spirits-based and non-alcoholic cocktails that showcase the farm’s harvest in “closed loop cocktails,” which involves consuming the entire fruit or vegetable, giving it multiple lives, and squeezing out every ounce of its potential. From peel to pulp, every part is utilized to its fullest extent, with the ultimate goal of leaving nothing for compost.

Popular Cocktails:
- Best Brunch Drink | Beet Bloody Mary | Red Ace Beets, Lemon, Spices, Your Choice of Spirit
- For non-alcoholic, Little Saint recommends the Carrot Skin Tepache | Carrot, Cardamom, Lemon, Gentian Root, Sparkling Water
- For fully-spirited |Slight Blush | Organic Mezcal, Strawberry infused Falernum, Fino Sherry, Aquavit
The Coffee Bar
Little Saint’s diverse coffee program caters to everyone from commuters to farmers to night owls. The rotating drip coffee highlights local, small-batch BIPOC and/or female roasters every quarter. Little Saint’s signature espresso from Saint Frank Coffee in San Francisco supports small East Africa and South and Central America growers.

They also offer adaptogenic drinks and small-batch teas sourced locally and internationally from Japan, India, and beyond.

Whether you’re looking for a cozy spot to grab your morning coffee or searching for a unique dining experience, Little Saint has something for everyone.
