Folktable sources most ingredients from neighboring Tank House Farms in the beautiful Sonoma Valley.
“We serve farm fresh produce, eggs, and chicken. It is fresh from the ground in most instances from that very morning,” said Executive Chef Casey Thompson. “Folktable is the first restaurant I have cheffed of it’s kind. For one, it is a lunch restaurant, a different animal. But having the farms is the most remarkable part. It is such a treat to walk across to the farm and pull something that we may need in the restaurant, at the moment. The guests are interested in the Folktable process and are very complimentary. It is a fun place to chef at.”
