Silverado Resort Wine Dinners

By Published On: April 19th, 2024

Exclusive Dinners: Silverado's Chef and Napa's Best Winemakers Unite.

Silverado Resort, in the heart of Napa Valley wine country, is familiar to golfers as home to two courses and a PGA Tournament played there each year. The resort highlights its culinary program through its monthly wine dinner series, pairing exceptional local wines and intimate four-course dinners.

The resort’s executive chef Patrick Prager and his team create the menus for the “Who’s On The Vine? At Silverado.”  Held in the resort’s Royal Oak private dining room, the 2024 dinners began in January with a Stags’ Leap event, complete with local black truffles in the chef’s amuse bouche and a foraging demonstration with a truffle dog, all in recognition of Napa’s Truffle Week.
