Pebble Beach Food and Wine Celebrates Culinary Excellence on the Coast

PEBBLE BEACH FOOD & WINE MARKED ITS 15TH YEAR by bringing together 150 world-class chefs, vintners and mixologists to California’s iconic Monterey coastline from April 9–12. From grand tastings and educational seminars to rare pours and exclusive dining, guests experienced the magic of this premiere event.

Highlights included:

Opening Night, hosted by Jonathan Waxman and featured more than 20 acclaimed chefs serving inventive bites alongside premier wines from over 90 distinguished wineries.

The Taste of La Mar Dinner, brought Gastón Acurio, Kaoru Chang, Jesús Delgado, Victoriano Lopez, and Diego Oka together for a standout culinary experience.

The Art of Asian Cuisine, hosted by Shota Nakajima, Pablo Mellin, Dale Talde, and Roy Yamaguchi.

The highly anticipated 75 Years of Jonathan Waxman Dinner honored his milestone birthday, as four of his closest friends—Jimmy Bradley, Joey Campanaro, Paul Kahan, and Michael Symon—stepped into the spotlight to carry forward his vision.

The signature event of the weekend, the Saturday and Sunday Tasting Pavilion drew crowds eager to sample the best of the festival.

Eisele Vineyard: A Napa Icon hosted by winemaker Louis-Clément Prats and technical director Sarah Prior. Through a guided tasting, guests explored how its alluvial soils at the base of the Palisades Mountains, paired with organic and biodynamic practices, shaped its unique character.

Fifty Years of Grace Family Vineyards: Guests joined founder Dick Grace and proprietor Kathryn Green for an engaging conversation about the estate’s journey and values that shape each bottle

Rose & Arrow: The Geology of Good Wine. Winemaker Felipe Ramirez discussed how dramatic geology and meticulous craft converge to create wines that are dramatic, textural, and vibrant.

A Legend Revives: Royal Tokaji’s Managing Director Charlie Mount shared wine and the story of how the historic Tokaj wine region was revived.

The festival offered a unique opportunity to experience the very best in food, wine, and hospitality, while also supporting the philanthropic efforts of the Pebble Beach Company Foundation.
